Centered on You.

.
You’ve tried different approaches, followed recommendations, and still feel like something is missing. You want someone to step back, listen, and look at the whole picture.
That’s where my work begins.
I’m Chelsea, an integrative health practitioner. I bring together nutrition, herbalism, movement, functional lab testing, and mind-body practices to explore what may be contributing to how you feel, and build a practical path forward with you.
Your body’s systems work together.
Your care should reflect that.
Your labs are part of your story. Your lived experience gives them context.
How you sleep, eat, move, recover, and experience stress matters. So does what you’ve been through, what you’ve already tried, and what your daily life actually allows.
My approach brings these pieces together.
• Naturopathy and root cause exploration: We explore patterns and possible contributors to your symptoms, including nourishment, sleep, stress, movement, and your environment. There may be several contributing factors rather than one single root cause.
• Functional medicine and lab testing: “Test, don’t guess” means using testing thoughtfully, when it can help answer a meaningful question. I consider findings alongside your history, symptoms, and appropriate medical evaluation.
• Clinical nutrition: We turn nutrition into everyday support through meals and habits tailored to your needs, preferences, and capacity.
Herbalism: Thoughtfully selected botanical support, guided by your health history, goals, and individual needs- with attention to medications, interactions, and safety.
• Fitness and movement: Strength, mobility, conditioning, and recovery belong in the health conversation. Your movement plan should support your goals while respecting your current capacity.
Pelvic Health & Womb Care
Mercier Therapy • Body Awareness • Mind-Body Connection:
A space to reconnect with your body and feel heard.
Through Mercier Therapy, a hands-on approach using external soft-tissue work around the pelvis, and supportive mind-body practices, I offer personalized care centered on your comfort, goals, and lived experience.
We make room for your menstrual and reproductive history, your relationship with your body, and the experiences you bring with you. Every session is guided by your consent and moves at a pace that feels comfortable to you.
This work complements your broader healthcare and is woven into my whole-person approach to nourishment, movement, and wellbeing.
• Mind-body medicine and nervous system regulation: Breathwork, hypnotherapy, and body-awareness practices offer ways to work with stress, build awareness, and support a greater sense of steadiness and connection.
This is a systems-based approach: looking at how digestion, hormones, metabolism, stress responses, and recovery influence one another.
And it is deeply personal. Your values, your sense of connection, and what gives your life meaning belong here, too.
Mind, body, and spirit, with practical steps that fit your life.
Whole-body health, connected.
Your body tells a story. I take time to listen.
Your hormones, digestion, metabolism, and nervous system are connected. Understanding how you feel means looking at these relationships alongside your health history, daily habits, and lived experience.
You may come to me with one concern or several overlapping ones. Together, we explore the bigger picture and create practical steps that fit your life.
HORMONES & LIFE TRANSITIONS
Support for your changing body.
Whether you’re navigating menstrual changes, perimenopause, menopause, or shifts in energy and body composition, we explore your experience in context. Nutrition, sleep, stress, movement, and recovery all have a place in the conversation.
DIGESTION & GUT HEALTH
Make sense of your digestive patterns.
Bloating, constipation, food-related discomfort, and unpredictable digestion can make everyday life feel complicated. We explore your symptoms, nourishment, habits, and history, using testing when appropriate to inform personalized support.
FERTILITY & PRECONCEPTION
Care for yourself as you prepare for what’s next.
Preparing for pregnancy is an opportunity to understand and nourish your body. Through nutrition, lifestyle support, cycle awareness, and mind-body practices, we focus on your wellbeing while making space for the emotional experience of this season. This work complements your reproductive healthcare.
PELVIC HEALTH & WOMB CARE
A space to reconnect with your body.
Mercier Therapy and supportive mind-body practices bring a hands-on dimension to my whole-person approach. Your reproductive history, personal goals, and relationship with your body help shape our work together, with your comfort and consent guiding every session.
ONE CONNECTED APPROACH
My work brings together traditional naturopathy, functional medicine principles, clinical nutrition, herbalism, fitness, and mind-body medicine.
We connect what you’re experiencing with what we learn from your history and relevant testing, exploring possible root contributors and building a plan around nourishment, movement, recovery, and sustainable daily habits.
Your story matters here.
How We Begin
Start with your story.
Your initial consultation gives us time to explore your health history, current concerns, daily routines, and goals, including what you’ve already tried and where you feel stuck.
Connect the dots.
We look at patterns across your nutrition, digestion, sleep, stress, movement, and recovery. When testing can help answer a meaningful question, we discuss its purpose, limitations, and cost together.
Build your next steps.
Your recommendations may include nutrition, herbal support, strength and movement, or mind-body practices. We prioritize what feels manageable and relevant to your needs.
Find your rhythm.
When ongoing support is a good fit, we meet to review your experience, adjust recommendations, and build on the habits that work for you.
Strength, Movement & Connection
Fitness is part of whole-person health.
My approach brings together strength training, mobility, conditioning, and recovery, with attention to your energy, experience, and goals.
Whether you’re returning to movement or building on an established routine, we work toward strength and confidence that carry into everyday life.
Mind-Body Support
Make space to slow down and reconnect.
Through hypnotherapy, breathwork, and body-awareness practices, I offer support for exploring stress patterns, developing calming practices, and building a more connected relationship with yourself.
Sessions are collaborative and guided by your comfort, preferences, and goals.
Let’s Find Your Starting Point
You don’t need to have it all figured out before reaching out.
If you’ve tried different approaches and still feel like something is missing, we can begin with your story and explore what support may fit your needs.

Meet Chelsea
I’m Chelsea, an integrative health practitioner, clinical nutritionist, and movement professional.
My work brings together traditional naturopathy, functional medicine principles, herbalism, fitness, and mind-body medicine. I’m interested in how your body’s systems work together, and how your daily life, experiences, and environment shape the way you feel.
I listen to your story, explore patterns, and consider relevant lab findings alongside your symptoms and goals. Together, we turn that information into practical support for nourishment, movement, recovery, and connection to your body.
Rooted in nature. Informed by science. Centered on you.
“Before working with Chelsea, I was really struggling. I wasn’t sleeping, I had little to no appetite, and instead of feeling drained in the typical sense, I was stuck in a constant state of overdrive. I found myself unable to slow down or just be—I was always in “go” mode, operating like a hyper worker, constantly in fight-or-flight. I knew something was off, but I didn’t have clear answers, and that made everything feel even more overwhelming.
What truly stood out in this process was how quickly things began to shift once we started working together. After reviewing my labs, Chelsea was able to clearly identify the deficiencies in my body and create a path forward that actually made sense for me. That alone brought so much relief. Beyond the physical support, she also incorporated deeper work that helped me release energy that didn’t feel like mine to carry, which created an even more noticeable shift in how I felt day to day.
One of the most impactful parts of this experience has been the shift in my mindset. Having answers, along with consistent support, allowed me to move out of that constant state of urgency and into a place of clarity and calm. Chelsea has a way of making you feel completely safe and supported—I always felt comfortable opening up to her, which made the entire process that much more effective.
What also meant so much to me was how hands-on she was throughout the process. She actually took me shopping and walked me through each aisle, showing me exactly what to look for—and what to avoid putting into my body. That level of care and guidance made everything feel practical, doable, and personalized. She doesn’t just teach this work—she truly lives it. Her knowledge is incredibly vast, and her love for what she does is genuine. It shows in every interaction.
What surprised me the most was how much my overall outlook on life changed. It wasn’t just about feeling better physically—it was about feeling like I finally had direction, support, and the energy to actually follow through. That combination made all the difference.
Now, my life feels very different. I’m much more mindful of what I put into my body, and while I’m not striving for perfection, I feel more connected and intentional in how I take care of myself. I’ve noticed improvements in everything from my energy levels to my skin, hair, and nails—it’s been a full-body transformation in many ways.
If someone is considering working with Chelsea, I would say this: you are not just getting guidance—you are getting someone who truly sees you, supports you, and helps you understand what your body needs in a very real and personalized way. That kind of support is invaluable..” - Mindi Vierra
I just wanted to take a moment to share how grateful I am for Chelsea and the work she does.
When I first started, I was struggling with severe stomach pain, constant food sensitivities, candida, gut dysbiosis, and anxiety. My body didn’t feel safe, and I felt stuck trying to figure out what was wrong.
From the very beginning, Chelsea truly listened to me and took the time to support me in a way that felt genuine and deeply caring. This journey hasn’t been easy, but having someone who actually wants to help—not just send you on your way—has meant more than I can put into words.
Because of our work together, everything has shifted. My symptoms have improved, my body feels more supported, and for the first time in a long time, I feel like I’m truly healing—not just managing.
I’m finally starting to feel like myself again. I can smile, I feel safer in my body, and there’s a sense of calm and strength that I haven’t felt in so long. My energy feels more protected, and I’m beginning to trust my body again.
Chelsea is truly a gem and such a blessing. I’m so incredibly thankful for her.

What Clients have to say
“I have been a client of Chelsea’s now for 2 years. To say that she has changed my life is an understatement. She came into my life at the exact time I needed
At the time I had moved to the central coast, I was coming off working as a nurse through the pandemic.
My mind, body, and soul was burnt out. I have always been a relatively fit and healthy woman, but everything I was doing wasn’t working. In fact the harder I pushed, the worse I felt.
I began working with Chelsea in the fitness realm, but not after very long at all, I knew I wanted to take advantage of all of her knowledge and expertise: the full Chelsea Marie SOULution.
Over our two years together, we have healed and accomplished so many amazing things:
Through nutrition and naturopathy, my adrenal fatigue dissipated, gut and hormone balance was restored, my liver and spleen are now functioning optimally and we reversed my iron deficiency anemia. All of this was accomplished holistically.
In fitness, I can honestly say that I am stronger now at 39 than I was throughout my 20s. I’ve hit PRs I never thought possible, competed in a crossfit competition, changed my body composition, and am now even able to do pull-ups and handstands…something I was never able to do until last year!
I can deadlift over 300 lbs, but am equally as proud of my ability to connect to my body through yoga and somatic movement that Chelsea and I do in our weekly sessions.
Through Mercier therapy and energy work, I was able to release blocked emotions and energy patterns and became more connected to my mind, body and spirit.
Whether she even realizes it or not, working with Chelsea has even given me the confidence to start my own business as an end of life doula and have the courage to offer my gifts to the world and to live in my purpose.Chelsea is so much more than just a fitness or nutrition coach: she is wholistic in every sense of the word: mind, body SOUL and spirit. “

I knew Chelsea was the bright light at the end of a difficult tunnel for me. Not only does she allow for self advocacy, but she's compassionate, and so insanely knowledgeable. The extensive labs and tests she runs gave me such a clear picture, one l had never had before - a true gift. It was all starting to make sense, finally. I'm well on my way on this health journey of mine and I am forever grateful for Chelsea's support, knowledge + love!
- Lindsey P.
In that first one-hour session with Chelsea, I felt like she already knew me better than my primary care physician, whom I have been seeing for several years. I feel like a different person—a better person. I feel like I went from 50% mental and physical capacity to 100%. I didn't realize how bad I felt until I finally felt good.
