The Process
Discovery Call
This 15-20 minute discovery call will ensure we are the right fit for you & your health goals. During this call, you will have the opportunity to briefly share your main health concerns, goals & ask questions about Chelsea’s approach. Please review offerings prior to booking.
Note: no medical advice will be given during discovery calls.
Initial Consultation
During your first appointment, we will delve into your health history, lifestyle & goals. Functional lab testing may be ordered at this appointment. Labs are either included in a package plan or paid out of pocket. Our primary focus for this appointment is gather information, ordering labs & addressing foundations like sleep, diet, stress & movement. Chelsea will provide you with lifestyle recommendations that you can start to implement before your next appointment.
Follow Ups
At your first follow up appointment, lab results will be thoroughly discussed and Chelsea will develop a personalized health plan. This plan may include additional lifestyle recommendations, targeted supplements, and/or specific botanicals for you & your specific needs. Additional follow up appointmentments range between 4-12 weeks.

IteIn my womb healing work I draw from my experience as a Holistic Health Practitioner and certified Mercier Therapy practitioner, as well as my training in dynamic neuromuscular stabilization, strength and conditioning coaching.. I utilize visceral manipulation techniques to promote optimal function of the pelvic organs and facilitate connection to the core and womb space. What really sets my work apart is the addition of sacred space holding and ceremony to create an environment that facilitates deep healing on both a physical and energetic level. This is particularly important for those who’ve experienced chronic pelvic pain, fertility challenges, or physical or emotional trauma. However, I truly believe every woman can benefit from this work.
Each treatment session is intuitively guided to create a deeply personalized experience for the individual. I take into account your unique life story, symptoms, and desires to design a sacred healing experience.
As a collective we have encountered a deliberate undermining of feminine wisdom for thousands of years. We’ve been made to feel shameful about our bodies and our sensuality. Together we will rebalance the Energy Systems of your body to release the blocked emotional energy and negative thought energy and replace it with higher vibrational energies such as love, forgiveness, and joy, thereby making it possible to attract what is good and wanted into your life. Energy work can rapidly improve any aspect of your life by getting to the root cause of the problem on an energetic and emotional level.
Generally in talk therapy, there is a lot of going over the same issues, which can take a lot of time and many sessions. When working with energy, you don’t have to relive every detail of a past trauma in order to release it from your system. Your spirit already knows the details, we just need to find the emotions held with that memory. In or time together, those emotions (anger, fear, betrayal etc.) are released from the body AND the energy field. This doesn’t erase the memory of the incident, but releases the emotional potency of it, so its no longer a barrier in your life.
Energy work is not limited by distance, the work is just as powerful whether its done working with someone in person, or speaking over the telephone.
